鳝鱼意面
简介
鳝鱼经过大火快炒, 保留爽脆的口感,加上酸甜芡汁以及香脆的意面,美味令人食指大动.
材料
鳝鱼半斤洋葱1/2颗高丽菜1/8颗葱段2支炸过蒜末1大匙猪油3大匙油炸碗形意面2个太白粉水少许香油少许
做法
